Working With Me

I love working with and learning from people. I believe that everyone at some time in our lives needs some help, someone to listen and support them. I enjoy guiding them on their own process of finding themselves, as they are the experts in their own lives. It can be a scary journey sharing your deepest secrets with a complete stranger and I respect the courage it takes to do that. It shows a desire to grow, change and be the best person you can be. I believe in a Biopsychosocial Model of Therapy using Psychoeducation, Strength-Based Approach, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Modalities to support a client’s needs and well-being while teaching adaptive skills and creating realistic goals to obtain balance in their lives.
