Working With Me
I understand the bravery it takes to come to therapy and to take the time to work through what has happened to you. I am always honored to sit with the clients I work with as they trust me to share their stories. The relationship between the therapist and the client is essential. My tenet for therapy is to meet everyone where they are at. I use a lot of reflection with clients.
I have been in the field for over 20 years. I have worked with families who have children with various medical diagnoses. I have also worked with adoptive families, foster children and adopted children. As well as parents who have children that are neurodiverse. I have also provided therapeutic services for children with trauma or abuse. Additionally, I have also supported clients that are struggling with anxiety and depression. Therapy is a journey that is different for each person. I am looking forward to working with you on your journey.
I offer a 15-minute phone consult to support you in discussing your personal situation.
